1. Overview

All Off Sonic services and digital products are provided under EU and Swedish consumer law.
Because our work involves creative, time-based, and instantly deliverable services, refunds are limited to the situations described below.

2. Consulting Services

All consulting sessions must be paid in full before the agreed consultation date.
Once payment is received and a session time is confirmed, preparation work begins as soon as possible.
For this reason:

  • Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled session may be rescheduled once at no extra cost.

  • Cancellations within 24 hours of the session are non-refundable, as time is allocated and reserved.

  • If Off Sonic cancels or reschedules a session for any reason, you may request a full refund.

Each consulting service is considered delivered once the agreed session, report or feedback has taken place or been issued to recipient.

3. Micro-Consulting (SMS Service)

Micro-consulting operates on a per-message basis.
Each sent question triggers a charge of €20.
If you do not receive a response within 24 hours, the payment for that message is automatically refunded.
Once a valid answer is delivered within the timeframe, the service is considered completed and non-refundable.

This policy ensures fairness and clear expectations for both parties.

4. Digital Goods & Future eProduct Sales

Digital files (such as beats, samples, or downloadable products) are classified as digital content under Article 16(m) of EU Directive 2011/83/EU.
By purchasing and downloading these products, you expressly agree that:

  • The product is delivered instantly, and

  • You waive your right of withdrawal, as the digital content cannot be returned once accessed.

Therefore, all digital sales are final and non-refundable once the download link or file has been delivered.

5. Refund Exceptions

Refunds may be issued only when:

  • You were charged by error (duplicate payment);

  • The purchased service was not delivered; or

  • Off Sonic has explicitly agreed in writing to a refund.

All refund requests must be sent to contact@offsonic.com within 14 days of purchase, stating the reason and proof of payment.

6. Processing of Refunds

Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method (Stripe or direct transfer) within 7 business days after confirmation.
